From Feb to June, The Chestnut Tree Bookshop in West Footscray is presenting a monthly series of events at the book shop and neighbouring locations, celebrating writers and writing in the West. Kicking off with a poetry night at West Footscray Wines on February 7, followed by a book launch with Imbi Neeme on March 16, the series will feature writers in conversation, writing workshops and even a literary trivia night
