Blacksheep at Melbourne Fringe

  • Trades Hall 54 Victoria Street Carlton, VIC, 3053 Australia (map)

Dr. Jae West presents her heartfelt, provocative, and sassy true story that will take you on an adventure of belonging, rebellion, and self-discovery. A show not for the faint-hearted. The production dives into hard-hitting truths around eating disorders, societal conditioning, and growing up in the LGBTQIA+ community through poetry, dance and storytelling.

It's not all doom and gloom though. You can expect glitter, dancing to the Spice Girls, and an empowering social experiment that went globally viral.

This show is an eccentric, electric, and empathetic expression of redefining one’s identity. It will keep you on the edge of your seat and highlight the importance of owning and expressing your own unique story to remind us of all of our shared humanity.

The show is now coming to Melbourne for the first time! Don't miss out on this heartfelt true story, showing for 5 nights only.
