August 21st 6-7pm EST with Tric O'Heare

Tric O’Heare’s poetry has appeared in many Australian journals, newspapers and anthologies. She has had poems placed, shortlisted or commended in competitions including the ACU Poetry Prize, the Newcastle Poetry Prize, and the W B Yeats Poetry Prize for Australia and New Zealand. In 1998, O’Heare won the Irish Famine Commemorative Literary Prize, and in 1999 won Latrobe University’s inaugural environmental poetry competition. Her fifth collection White Plastic Horse will be published in 2027.

Tric will read for about 20 minutes, followed by the popular QnA, involving the on line audience, concluding with her encore.
