☀️ Slamtidote Sunshine Poetry Party ☀️

📅 Thursday 12 November | 6 PM

📍 The Angry Dog, West Melbourne

🎟️ Pay what you can | "Sunshine" theme optional!

Slamtidote is back with a little sunshine! ☀️

For the first time ever, we're welcoming an international headliner, Regina Roze, travelling all the way from Mexico to share her poetry with our community!

What's happening?

• 🎤 Poetry open mic all night, welcoming newcomers and regulars alike!

• 🎶 Live music by singer-songwriter Spider.

• 🎷 Live jazz accompaniment by Paula on saxophone, with more musicians to be announced!

• 🎨 Our beloved arts and crafts table.

• 🎁 Raffle prizes throughout the night, including some wonderful second-hand books!

• ❤️ Our friendly neighbourhood MCs, Dheer and Annie, keeping the space welcoming, supportive and full of Melbourne's incredible poetry talent.

Come dressed in sunshine colours, or simply come as you are!

All proceeds support Slamtidote, a grassroots, registered not-for-profit poetry collective dedicated to nurturing our creative community.

♿ Wheelchair accessible via the front entrance.

Bring a friend, or rock up and make a few new ones! ☀️
