Next Tuesday, the 27th of June, is Poetic Express night! And the feature performer is Katie Lohner.

Any poetry reading brightens up when Katie steps behind the microphone. And here's why:

Katie Lohner is a spoken word and performance artist from Naarm (Melbourne). Her quirky and vigorous performance style has touched audiences including Mother Tongue, Passionate Tongues, HillsceneLive, Motley Bauhaus and Melbourne Spoken Word Poetry Festival. She is also on the 2023 Melb Slama Team and presented her solo show ‘The Hungry Poet’ at Melbourne Fringe. Expect plenty of heart, guts and laughs at Poetic Express!
