Mils D-C is a poet, artist, activist, self-taught ethnobotanist, ecology student, and homelessness support worker living as a settler on unceded Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country.
All their work exists in the intertidal zone of colonial capitalism, among the still-vital creatures ground against its rocky shores.
7:00 pm Start, Host will be there from 6pm.
5 minute limit.
Perform your poetry, creative writing or performance art on the open mic to a friendly audience or come and be part of the crowd.
There are going to be themes, writing prompts and improvised creativity (2 lines to a theme to music).
Completely free.
