AHHHHH WE ARE BACK SOON!! (Time flies when you’re having lots of little treats) and treat you will have! At next months Mixed Bag Naarm as the glorious @leafwoodson will be performing!

Leaf is a dog trainer, rock climber, horticulturist, volunteer, support worker, poet, artist and wearer of many other hats.
They have participated in poetry workshops and worked behind the scenes on poetry gigs around Melbourne, but this will be their first feature act!
Their poetry focuses on a deep exploration of experiences such as love and grief - and has been described as personal, emotional and deeply relatable. They believe in poetry as a healing medium - a form of connection to others, an exploration of topics that may not otherwise be shared with strangers, and a reminder that we are not alone in our experiences.

As such this month’s Mixed Bag is set to be a phenomenal evening of poetry. Sign-up is on the night at the door, and as always any profits made will be donated to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.
