Feature poet: Michael Pardy
Last year Michael Pardy left the 9 to 5 to become a 24 hour reverse cycle air conditioner. He spends most of his time waiting for his thermostat to beep. When it beeps Michael automatically warms the surrounding area. During the cooler months, Michael retreats to a tiny house in the scrub at Blairgowrie and writes poems. He is believed to be the first transhuman air conditioner poet in the world.
