Dear Friends, please join us for a night of great poetry with Liz Lefroy Friday, June 19th 6-7pm EST.
Liz will be joining us from her home in Shropshire, U.K. I will be hosting from Alvik in Western Norway. It's like that.
Liz will read for 20 minutes, followed by the popular QnA involving the on line audience, concluding with her encore.
UK poet Liz Lefroy’s Pretending the Weather resulted from the Roy Fisher pamphlet prize (2011). She’s won other prizes, including Café Writers (2016), and published further chapbooks: The Gathering (2012); Mending the Ordinary (2014); and GREAT MASTER / small boy (2021). Her poetry appears in magazines and anthologies, and she has hosted the popular monthly reading, Shrewsbury Poetry, since 2012.
Thank you for the ongoing and growing support for these readings, 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month.
