Sip & Share returns to Rahona on Friday 19 June, and this one is going to be special.
Our feature poet is Dr Melanie Jansen, a Brisbane-based intensive care physician whose poetry sits at the intersection of medicine, mortality, and the stubborn persistence of ordinary life. Her debut collection, All That Could Be Lost, has already won hearts and prizes. Hearing her read in person is something else entirely.
After the feature set, the mic opens up. First poem or fiftieth, you're welcome to sign up on arrival. No auditions. No pressure.
