Hello everyone, this weekend at the Stingo we have GABRIELLE EVERALL as feature, and here is the event page!

Gabrielle is a fantastic poet with numerous published works to her name, and she is absolutely beloved in the Melbourne poetry scene and in far flung suburbs of Melbourne like, oh, I dunno, Berlin.

Gabrielle will be joined this weekend at the Stingo by the well-known stars of the poetry scene the OPEN MIC. Who knows what the open mic has for us this weekend. Could be free verse, could be drama, could be a bit of song. Could be me. Could be you! You never know what you're going to get at pub poetry, and that just makes it all the more fun.

MORE ABOUT THE FEATURE:
Gabrielle did an arts residency last year at SomoS Arts in Berlin. Currently she is working on her 5th poetry book, Lolita with an Axe. This is a critical rewriting of Lolita by Nabokov. Gabrielle has performed her poetry at La Mama, The Bowery, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and the Evil woman conference in Vienna and Prague.
